The Eyes of Tammy Faye

Andrew Garfield acts as the corrupt Bakker, who declares early on, “God does not want us to be poor,”. The couple begin profiting from the nation's religious faith. It's an extravaganza of tacky decor, excessive cosmetics and insincerity, yet Chastain achieves to present Tammy Faye in a likable light. Next Tuesday, late night, Film4
